Start by uploading a CSV or Excel file containing your order numbers and tracking numbers. The app accepts flexible file formats and does not require a rigid template, making it easy to use existing reports from carriers, suppliers, or fulfillment systems.

Files are validated before processing to ensurerequired data is present. 

Match your file’s columns to the required fields such as Order Number and Tracking Number. This step ensures that data from your file is correctly applied to the corresponding Shopify orders.

A preview of your data is shown so you can confirm accuracy before starting the update. 

Once confirmed, the app processes the file and applies tracking numbers to the selected orders automatically. Progress and results are displayed in real time, including successful updates, skipped entries, and any failures.

This allows merchants to complete large fulfillment updates in minutes instead of hours.
