Our apps, including TrackShip: Bulk Tracking, access only the data necessary to perform their core functionality. For this app, that includes order information required to update tracking numbers in bulk.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose merchant or customer data to third parties. Data is processed solely to provide the app’s functionality within the merchant’s Shopify store.
All data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption and retained only for the period necessary to deliver the service or meet operational requirements.
Upon app uninstallation, access to store data is revoked in accordance with Shopify platform policies.
